Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original retail packaging containing all charging cables, manual inserts, and accessories.

Special Note for 3C Electronics: Due to the nature of consumer electronics (Bluetooth speakers and power banks), we cannot accept returns for products that have signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or accidental ordering, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. If the item arrives structurally damaged, defective out of the box, or incorrect, we will cover all return logistics costs or issue a direct replacement.

3. Processing & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
